On November 4, 2019, Alice Bufkin, CCC’s Director of Policy For Child and Adolescent Health, provided public comments on the New York State Department of Health’s Office of Health Insurance Programs application for a four-year extension of the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP).

DSRIP funding is a critical vehicle in addressing the needs of children and families and laying a foundation to improve access to care and enhance innovation in prevention and treatment.

Alice urged funding for a full continuum of behavioral health services for children and families, including evidence-based programs, suicide prevention programs, school-based supports, and fully-funded outpatient treatment services.
