2021 Voter Guide

NYC’s Early Voting is now Open! Check out these resources to help you be an informed voter on Election Day.

As we approach the General Election, we’ve compiled a number of key resources so New Yorkers can be informed about the issues impacting children, families, and communities across NYC. Questions about any of these resources can be directed to advocate@cccnewyork.org.

Key Election Guides & Issues

Voicing Our Future – In this resource, our YouthAction members offer their insights on the issues that matter most to youth across the city. This includes results from a citywide survey of 1,400 young people (ages 14 to 24) about their priorities for the future of New York City and its next leaders. Learn more what issues youth are prioritizing in our guide.

R.E.A.L. Equity Agenda – In this resource, CCC, FPWA, and United Neighborhood Houses have joined together to advocate and call on our next city leaders to adopt core policies, programs and initiatives that promote and help ensure economic security and well-being for all. Learn more about these policies in our agenda.

Family Homelessness Voter Guide – Earlier this year, the Family Homelessness Coalition fellows and City Limits, develop important questions for this year’s mayoral candidates based on their knowledge and personal experiences of homelessness in New York City. These same important questions are now critical for candidate in Novembers General Elections. Learn more here.

Early Education & Afterschool Voter Guide – Earlier this year,  the Campaign for Children and Chalkbeat New York teamed up to ask mayoral candidates how they would build on Pre-K, expand child care access, and promote equity for child educators. These same important questions are now critical for candidate in Novembers General Elections. Learn more here.
