On Tuesday, July 19, CCC’s Executive Director Jennifer March spoke with Errol Louis for an Inside City Hall (NY1) segment regarding Mayor Eric Adams’ Blueprint for Child Care and Early Education. 

“…Whether you’re talking about child welfare policies and preventing the need for preventive services, or housing stability, or school preparedness and helping parents get back to the workforce, child care is really a central ingredient in household stability,” explained Jennifer March during the interview. The conversation includes more on the potential impact of the Mayor’s Blueprint, some of the struggles NYC families faced during the pandemic, barriers to child care access, and the need for greater partnership from the State and Federal government.
