  • Peter D'Arcy

    Head of Commercial Real Estate and Senior Executive Vice President at M&T Bank

    Peter D’Arcy joined M&T Bank in 1995 after graduating from Vassar College. He serves as Head of the Commercial Bank and a member of the Enterprise Leadership Team. In his current role, Peter is responsible for directing strategic growth and business line development activities for Commercial clients across M&T’s footprint. Previously, Peter served as an Area Executive, was co-head of the bank’s Senior Loan Committee, and supervised the bank’s Commercial Real Estate Segment, Capital Markets and Corporate and Institutional Banking Divisions.

     

    M&T Bank (NYSE: MTB) is a $200 billion commercial bank based in Buffalo, NY.

     

    Peter was born and raised in New York City where he attended Loyola High School.  Outside of the bank, Peter is a Trustee of the Citizens Budget Commission of New York and serves on the board of the Regional Plan Association.  He is also a member of the Real Estate Roundtable and Real Estate and Construction Council for Lincoln Center.  Peter resides in Larchmont, NY with his wife and three daughters.

     

     

  • Marcy Sandler

    CCC Board of Directors, Former CCC President & Chair

    Marcy Sandler is a CCC Board Member and former President and Chair of the organization. She has also served as Nominating Committee Chair and as a member of the Executive Committee. For the past five years, Marcy has been co-chair of CCC’s Community Leadership Course, the organization’s flagship advocacy training program. Marcy received a BA in International Relations from Brown University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Marcy and Jim met at Brown and have remained active and engaged alumni. Marcy served as a member of the Women’s Leadership Council and is a current member of the College Advisory Council.  Marcy and Jim have served as reunion and class officers and co-chaired the Parents Leadership Council from 2011-2015.

  • James Janover

    Head of Risk, Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley

    James Janover is a Managing Director and Head of Risk for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management.  He joined Morgan Stanley in July 2010 as Head of Risk for Morgan Stanley Investment Management.  Prior to Morgan Stanley, Jim worked at Bank of America and Merrill Lynch, where he held a series of roles, including COO of Global Corporate Banking, Managing Director in Global Risk Management at Merrill Lynch and was an investment banker in the firm’s telecom, media and technology group. Jim received a BA in History from Brown University and has a JD from Harvard Law School. In addition to his involvement at Brown, he is a former member of the Board of Trustees at the Collegiate School. Marcy and Jim have two children, William and Kate.
