The Early Intervention Equity Collaborative is a community-driven initiative that improves access to Early Intervention and developmental supports for young children and families in New York City. The project brings together community-based partners in four neighborhoods to strengthen outreach, navigation, family engagement, and coordination across Early Intervention, early childhood education, health, and family support systems.
