On January 14, Daryl Hornick-Becker, CCC’s Policy and Advocacy Associate, testified before the City Council Committee on Youth Services regarding afterschool programming (COMPASS and SONYC).

Daryl testified that all efforts to expand afterschool access and funding must include summer programming and that all programs must be funded equally.
