The Healthy Minds, Healthy Kids Campaign provided feedback on how the state might utilize federal funding through the Mental Health Block Grant (MHBG) administered through the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Administration (SAMSHA), as well as enhanced funding through the Federal Medical Assistance Percentage (FMAP).
