- Ensure successful implementation of new behavioral health services for children and adolescents, and provide increased access to treatment, support, and developmental services.
- Adopt Executive Budget proposals that will strengthen the behavioral health system for children and families.
- Reject Executive Budget proposal to defer the statutory Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) for OMH, OASAS, and OPWDD staff for one year.
