On Wednesday, March 1st, Policy and Advocacy Associate Juan Diaz provided written testimony for the Senate Finance, Assembly Ways and Means, Assembly and Senate Housing Committees hearing that examined the preliminary 2024 Executive Budget on housing.

Juan testified on behalf of CCC’s support of legislation and funding to support the Housing Access Voucher Program (HAVP), the enhancement of the outdated shelter allowance, rental assistance and housing assistance eligibility expansion for undocumented households.
