His duties include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting, and diagnosing software and hardware issues. Elcoma resolves diverse challenges pertaining to computer applications, security applications, storage, and hardware configuration. Prior to joining CCC, Elcoma worked as a Research Associate at Columbia University Department of Anesthesiology. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Informatics and a Master of Science degree in Information Technology Management.
