Elcoma helps to keep CCC office running by answering the phone, managing AV equipment, welcoming visitors to CCC and assisting on special events. In addition, he also monitors system performance, diagnose software and hardware problems. Elcoma resolve issues relating to computer applications, virus isolation, storage, and hardware configuration. Before joining CCC, he worked for Ronald McDonald House Charities, New York branch. Elcoma received his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Informatics and his Master of Science in Information Technology Management.
