Governor Cuomo’s FY ’22 Executive Budget proposed significant cuts and cost shifts to the services children and families need and deserve. After a year of isolation, trauma, and economic crisis, we believe the State MUST protect and expand investments in children and families as key to the state’s long-term recovery.
