Meet Our Honorees!

Learn why we are honoring Alliant and Enterprise and read about the incredible women accepting this year's awards!

  • Alliant Insurance Services

Accepted by Ashley De Paola, Executive Vice President

    Lead Corporate Champion

This year, we are proud to celebrate Alliant Insurance Services as Lead Corporate Champion for CCC Celebrates 2026: The Art of Impact.

Alliant has been a consistent supporter of CCC for over a decade and demonstrates a strong commitment to advancing opportunity through philanthropy and data-driven insight. Through initiatives like the Alliant Insurance Foundation – supporting education access, anti-hunger efforts, and workforce development – Alliant’s work aligns with CCC’s mission to advance equity and improve outcomes for children and families.

This shared approach reflects The Art of Impact: combining data, innovation, and partnership to address complex challenges. By bringing expertise in risk, analytics, and community investment, Alliant helps strengthen the systems and solutions that support long-term stability for communities.

Accepting this award on behalf of Alliant is Ashley De Paola, Executive Vice President.

As Executive Vice President of Alliant Insurance Services, Ashley is a dynamic leader and hands-on problem-solver. Over the past two decades, she has built her career in the Insurance Industry, beginning in NYC. She also serves on the Board of The Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF), where Alliant is a Key Partner.

  • Enterprise Community Partners

Accepted by Baaba Halm, Senior Vice President of Programs

    Distinguished Partner Honoree

This year, we are celebrating Enterprise Community Partners as a Distinguished Partner Honoree for CCC Celebrates 2026: The Art of Impact.

Enterprise Community Partners (Enterprise) is a national nonprofit that works to expand affordable housing, advance housing stability, and promote equity – building resilience and upward mobility in communities nationwide. For more than four decades, Enterprise has pushed for solutions through a powerful combination of capital investment, policy leadership, and community development.

Enterprise is a valued partner to CCC through the Family Homelessness Coalition, which brings together cross-sector leaders and families with lived experience to advance practical, data-informed solutions to family homelessness in New York City. Enterprise has played a consistent leadership role since the Coalition’s inception, helping to advance solutions that support long-term housing stability for families, reflecting The Art of Impact in action.

Accepting this award on behalf of Enterprise is Baaba Halm, Senior Vice President of Programs.

As Senior Vice President of Programs at Enterprise Community Partners, Baaba leads the continued expansion of the Solutions division, overseeing program strategy, partner engagement, stakeholder collaboration, and state and local policy advocacy across U.S. regions. Her leadership is rooted in more than two decades of experience in housing, community development, policy, and racial equity.
