On Wednesday May 25th, Alice Bufkin, the Associate Executive Director of Policy at CCC provided oral testimony to the City Council Committee on Finance regarding our policy priorities for this budget cycle. In addition, the Policy Team submitted written testimony highlighting the need for behavioral health support, housing access, and opportunities for youth. CCC urges the City Council to pass a budget for New Yorkers focused on an equitable recovery.
