On Thursday April 27th, Policy and Advocacy Associate Caitlyn Passaretti submitted written testimony on the needs of Runaway and Homeless Youth to the Youth Services Committee. In the testimony, she urges the Council to take action to ensure there are enough beds, that vouchers are accessible by youth so they don’t need to reenter a shelter system, and that we fund critical positions to support RHY navigating these systems.
