CCC testified on the Human Services related proposals in the Governor’s Executive Budget for State Fiscal Year 2015-2016 on February 4, 2015. We urged the Legislature to ensure that the New York State Enacted Budget for Fiscal Year 2015-2016 goes farther than the Executive Budget by investing in the services and programs that have been proven to be cost-effective and to produce good outcomes for children and families.
