CCC testified before the New York City Council Finance Committee regarding the Fiscal Year 2018 Executive Budget on May 25, 2017.

CCC supported Executive Budget proposals to invest in child welfare, early childhood education, prekindergarten programs for three year olds, and immigrant legal services.

CCC urged the Administration and the City Council to go further and increase investments in emergency food programs, universal lunch, homeless children and families, and after-school programs.
