CCC testified before the New York State Senate Standing Committees on Social Services and Children and Families on September 17, 2015 regarding examining the current system of supports and services for individuals receiving social services in New York State and New York City and identifying opportunities in the delivery of these services to ensure they are delivered efficiently and effectively to those who need them is critical.
